The basics

What exactly does Pitch Perfect do?

A coach records a short voice note about a player, or the whole squad. We transcribe it and draft a warm, plain-English development report. The coach reviews and approves it, and the parent reads it through a secure link. That is the whole loop.

Does the AI just make things up?

No. The report is grounded only in what the coach actually said. It does not invent scores, matches or events. The coach then reviews every word before approving, so there is always a human check.

Can coaches type instead of speaking?

Yes. Voice is the quickest way, but a coach can type their feedback instead, or add typed notes alongside a recording.

For clubs

Do our coaches need to be technical?

Not at all. If a coach can send a voice message, they can use Pitch Perfect. Capture is designed for a phone on the touchline.

Can we use our own branding?

Yes. Upload your club logo and set a brand colour within accessible limits. Parents see your club's identity on reports and emails, not ours.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is currently bespoke while we work with our first clubs to get it right for grassroots budgets. Get in touch and we will put together something fair.

What about a player with two separated parents?

Your club controls exactly which guardian is linked to which child, including removing access where needed. Access is driven entirely by the contacts your club holds, never by self-service lookup.

How parents receive reports

Do parents need to create an account?

No. Parents never log in. They receive a message with a secure link, open it, and read the report. The link is private, can be used once, and expires after a short time.

What if a parent's link has expired?

Each club has its own Pitch Perfect page where a parent can request a fresh link using the email or mobile number the club holds for them. We then send a new one.

Can I get the report in another language?

If your club offers it, yes. Reports can be delivered in the language you read most comfortably, with the original always kept too.

Safeguarding and data

What happens if a voice note raises a welfare concern?

It is flagged to your club's Designated Safeguarding Officer and kept out of any parent report. We would always rather flag something for a human to review than risk it slipping through.

How is children's data protected?

We build around UK data protection law. Your club is the data controller and Pitch Perfect is the processor. Consent, retention limits and the right to erasure are real features, and access to reports is by secure link, never by guessing a name and date of birth.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Data processed by our speech-to-text and language model providers is not used to train their models. We document where data is processed in our privacy policy.
